Job Title: Site Finishing Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Site Finishing Head to oversee and lead the finishing works of high-end residential construction projects, including apartments and villas. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of finishing standards to ensure the timely delivery of quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Oversight:
   Manage and supervise all site finishing activities across multiple residential construction sites, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality and safety standards.
2. Finishing Execution:
   Oversee the execution of high-quality finishing works, including flooring, tiling, plastering, painting, joinery, and other final touches as per the design and specification.
3. Multi-Project Management:
   Coordinate and manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones and handover schedules are met without compromising on standards.
4. Quality Assurance:
   Maintain strict quality control and ensure all finishing work meets the required standards, specifications, and client expectations.
5. Team Leadership:
   Lead and mentor a team of finishing engineers, site supervisors, and contractors, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
6. Site Inspections:
   Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, identify issues, and implement corrective measures proactively.
7. End-to-End Construction Experience:
   Possess full-cycle project experience—from excavation and structural work through to final finishing and handover—in residential apartments, villas, and independent buildings.
8. Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
   Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment on finishes, timelines, and budgets.
