Responsibilities:

• Oversee station operations including parcel sorting, packaging, and dispatch.

• Manage and coordinate a team of Station Associates.

• Monitor performance and ensure adherence to company SOPs.

• Maintain inventory records and generate daily operational reports.

• Liaise with delivery partners and other stakeholders for smooth operations.

• Identify and resolve issues in workflow and team management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse/logistics/e-commerce operations.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage time and resources efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/reporting tools preferred.
