Job Description: Design QC Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Review architectural designs, drawings, and layouts to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct quality control audits on designs, identifying errors, inconsistencies, and deviations from specifications.
• Ensure all architectural plans align with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to resolve design-related issues.
• Verify design feasibility by coordinating with structural, MEP, and execution teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation of design reviews, corrections, and approvals.
• Implement quality improvement strategies to enhance the efficiency of the design process.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation meets approved specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior architects and designers.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and quality control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, IS standards, and construction practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
