Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The role will involve managing HR operations, developing policies, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the HR team and oversee end-to-end HR operations.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit processes.
Oversee performance management, training, and employee development.
Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence.
Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Drive employee retention, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution.
Provide HR reports, analytics, and insights to management.
Requirements
Experience: 5 to 10 years in HR, with proven managerial experience.
Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to handle employee grievances with empathy and professionalism.
Experience in consulting or staffing industry is a plus.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
