Job Description: Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
● Promptly respond to all inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
● Clearly communicate program benefits and convert leads into trial bookings and enrollments.
● Build strong rapport with parents and ensure a warm, professional environment.
● Track and follow up with trial class attendees to maximize conversions.
● Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system.
● Support center events, promotions, and marketing activities to attract new leads.
● Collaborate closely with instructors and the Center Manager to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Requirements
● 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service (education/fitness/hospitality preferred).
● Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
● Confident, proactive, and relationship-driven.
● Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
● Comfortable with calls, follow-ups, and closing sales.
● Flexibility to work weekends (weekday off provided).
● Passion for working with children and families.
