What You’ll Be Doing (No Two Days the same):
• Hunt down sponsors like a pro (think of it as matchmaking—just for brands). • Create pitch decks that don’t just inform—they impress. • Make sales calls, charm clients, and seal deals that spark high-fives. • Hit (and maybe crush) monthly sales targets—without burning out. • Work closely with the content, marketing, and ops teams—your work fam. • Take charge in client meetings, whether it’s virtual or face-to-face.

What we’re Looking For (Besides a Killer Smile):
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills—you talk, people listen. • Quick on your feet and cool under pressure. • Love brands, business goals, and building win-win partnerships. • Organized, goal-oriented, and always a step ahead. • Comfortable with CRMs or ready to learn fast. • Bachelor’s degree (any stream) or a proven knack for hustling smart.
