Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible to manage converting leads into admission.

Providing information about the respective language course to prospective students includes counselling through phone, email, chat and social media.

Details pertaining to lead conversion, Admissions and collections should be updated to the Branch manager and the senior counselor on daily basis

Meet and overachieve the given daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as the number of enrollment.

Maintain effective communication till the time student is on boarded and thereafter.

Coordinating and fixing the class between the students and the trainer from admission to course completion.

  Good written and spoken communication skills.
  Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what Elevate Global Academy is offering to its prospective students and close admissions
  Approachable and vibrant personality.
  Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
  Passion to deliver the highest levels of student service at all times.
  Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
  Basic proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel) is preferable.
